Investment Directors:
Ralf Boberg
Ralf joined CMP in 2003 as an associate. Prior of
working for CMP, he was involved in the consultation and execution of
M&A mandates and capital markets transactions for large and medium-sized
companies as a project associate in the business area Global Corporates
as well as an analyst in the business area Global Investment Banking of
an Investment Bank in London and Frankfurt/Main.
Andreas Böttger
Mr. Böttger started as an Analst with a German "Mittelstands" Fund
in Hamburg. He has joined CMP in 2002 and has worked on several transactions, lately he
was responsible for the investment in Lloyd Dynamowerke. Mr. Böttger has worked on numerous
buy- and sell-side special situation transactions and has also taken over operational
responsibilities in CMP investment companies.
Andreas Hien
Prior to joining CMP, Andreas Hien was a Senior Project Manager
in the Restructuring / Corporate Finance division of a leading international management
consultancy. Besides developing and implementing Corporate Restructuring concepts he was
responsible for due diligence and post-merger integration projects across different
industries. Andreas Hien became attorney at law focused on employment law before he
started his career as management consultant.
Dr. Ralph Kudla
Prior to joining CMP, Ralph Kudla was a Senior Project Manager
in the Restructuring / Corporate Finance division of a leading international management
consultancy, where he was responsible for Corporate Restructuring projects across different
industries in Europe. Dr. Kudla also started his own business focussing on the 2006 FIFA
World Cup in Germany. He wrote his doctoral thesis on innovative financing of distressed
companies.
Jochen Schwiersch
Jochen combines investment banking experience, 5 years of which gained at a
renowned private bank in New York, with a background in turn-around
consulting at a strategic consultancy and, most recently, a 5 year tenure as
CFO of an international Start-Up. His responsibilities included leading the
Start-Up through growth as well as restructuring phases, multiple financing
rounds and M&A transactions.
Eric Sommer
Prior to joining CMP, Eric was a project manager
in the restructuring division of an international firm of management consultants.
He has wide experience in all facets of company analysis, due diligence
and development of turnaround concepts across different sectors of industry.
He has been actively involved in the successful implementation of restructuring
concepts.
