Kai Brandes
Mr. Brandes has an extensive experience in the
small and mid-cap private equity business. He was partner in one of the
leading German equity investment companies with the responsibility for
equity transactions of product-oriented companies as well as their corporate
supervision and control via advisory and supervisory board memberships.
Dr. Ludger Vonnahme
Dr. Ludger Vonnahme (b. 1955) has over 15 years of
successful experience as a board member or Managing Director of high profile
international enterprises. He managed highly complex vertical line business
systems (construction, processing, logistics, operations, sales) as well as
horizontal line businesses with more than 400 branches.
He worked in numerous sectors like retail, tourism, aviation, hotel management,
food service and consumer goods.
As CFO of very visible portfolio-companies he cooperated with 2 leading private
equity houses for 10 years.
He is a graduate of Bonn University, holds a Master of Science Degree from the
University of Wisconsin, Madison and a PhD from Cologne University.
